データ削除のご案内
本アプリ「ノヴァと空の宮殿：放置×編成ディフェンス」のデータ削除についてご案内します。本ページは、削除をその場で実行するページではなく、削除の方法をご案内し、ご請求を受け付けるページです。
開発者はお客様の個人情報を保持する独自のサーバーやデータベースを運用していません。データはお客様の端末、またはお客様のGoogleアカウント（Google Play Games）に保存されているため、以下の方法でお客様自身が確実に削除できます。
1. データの保存先
- 端末ローカル: セーブデータ、ゲーム設定、同意記録、購入状態。アプリをアンインストールするか、アプリ内の「全データを削除」を実行するまで保持されます。
- クラウドセーブ（Android）: Google Play Games 経由で、お客様のGoogleアカウントに紐づいて保存されます。アプリ内の「全データを削除」または Play Games の設定で削除されるまで保持されます。
- 広告・決済関連: Google（AdMob、Google Play Billing 等）および Apple 側で取り扱われます。保存期間と削除方法は各事業者のポリシーに従います。
2. 削除の方法
- アプリ内で削除（推奨）: アプリを起動し、設定画面の「全データを削除」を実行してください。端末ローカルとクラウドセーブの両方が完全に削除されます。
- Google Play Games から削除: Play Games アプリの設定から、本ゲームのセーブデータをお客様自身で削除できます。（Google の手順はこちら）
- メールで請求: アプリをアンインストール済み等で上記が難しい場合は、下記アドレスまでご請求ください。遅滞なくご案内・対応いたします。メールで受け取った請求内容は、請求への対応完了後90日以内に削除します。

Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your data for the App "Nova and the Sky Palace." This page does not delete data on the spot; rather, it explains how to delete your data and serves as a request contact point.
The developer does not operate any own server or database that retains your personal information. Your data is stored on your device or in your own Google account (Google Play Games), so you can reliably delete it using the methods below.
1. Where Your Data Is Stored
- Local device: Save data, game settings, consent records, and purchase status. Retained until you uninstall the App or use "Delete All Data" in the App.
- Cloud save (Android): Stored via Google Play Games in association with your Google account. Retained until you delete it through "Delete All Data" in the App or Google Play Games settings.
- Advertising & payment data: Handled by Google (AdMob, Google Play Billing, etc.) and Apple. Retention and deletion are governed by the applicable provider's policies.
2. How to Delete
- Delete in the App (recommended): Launch the App and use "Delete All Data" in the settings screen. Both local and cloud save data are completely deleted.
- Delete via Google Play Games: You can delete this game's saved data yourself from the Play Games app settings. (Google's instructions here)
- Request by email: If you have already uninstalled the App or otherwise cannot use the above, please send a request to the address below. We will respond promptly. Request details received by email are deleted within 90 days after the request is resolved.
