1. Scope and operator
These terms describe the use of Cruxevo: Sudoku ("the App"), provided by Kenjineer Games Studio ("we"). The App is intended for children and adults. A parent or guardian should help a child understand these terms and supervise use as appropriate. Where applicable law requires guardian consent, that requirement remains applicable.
2. Free game and advertising
The App is a free game with rewarded and interstitial ads. It offers no real-money in-app products, subscriptions, or paid ad removal. Game play is available offline, but ads require an internet connection and may be unavailable.
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward or a feature entitlement is granted only after the advertising service reports the required completion. If an ad is unavailable, interrupted, or fails before completion, the reward is not earned. Ordinary game play can continue without watching a rewarded ad. We do not guarantee the availability or content of a particular ad.
3. Coins and upgrades
Coins are earned within the game and can be used for eligible assist features and upgrades. Coins and upgrades cannot be bought with real money, redeemed for money, sold, or transferred to another person. A coin price or a purchase button for an upgrade refers to spending game coins, not a Google Play payment.
A permanent upgrade persists in the saved game data; "permanent" does not mean that it survives deletion of that data, reinstalling, every device change, or the end of the App's service. Feature availability and costs are shown in the App.
4. Saving and loss of data
Progress, coins, and upgrades are stored on your device. We provide no account-based cloud save, cross-device synchronization, or purchase restoration. Operating-system backup and transfer features may exist, but we do not guarantee successful backup, transfer, or recovery. Uninstalling, clearing app storage, device failure, or changing devices may cause loss of data. We cannot restore records that we do not hold.
5. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the App for personal game play. Do not use it for unlawful activity, interfere with the App or its advertising services, falsify ad completion or coin records, or redistribute protected content without permission. This does not restrict activities that applicable law permits despite these terms.
The App's original software, artwork, branding, and other protected content belong to us or their respective right holders. These terms do not grant ownership of them or claim exclusive rights to general Sudoku rules.
6. Changes, availability, and responsibility
We may update features, reward amounts, coin costs, or these terms, or discontinue the App. Material changes will be explained through an appropriate channel, such as update notes or this website. Additional notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled separately.
We work to provide a functioning game but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or the absence of defects. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Privacy, applicable law, and contact
Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for advertising consent or guardian consent required by law.
These terms are governed by Japanese law, subject to mandatory protections and court rights applicable in your place of residence. English and Japanese versions are provided for convenience; mandatory rights are not reduced by a translation difference.

利用規約
1. 適用範囲と運営者
Kenjineer Games Studio（以下「運営者」）が提供するCruxevo：ナンバープレイス（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリは子どもと大人を対象とします。保護者は子どもが本規約を理解できるよう手助けし、必要に応じて利用を見守ってください。法令上保護者の同意が必要な場合、その要件は引き続き適用されます。
2. 無料ゲームと広告
本アプリはリワード広告・インタースティシャル広告を含む無料ゲームです。現金によるアプリ内商品、定期購入、有料の広告削除はありません。ゲームはオフラインで遊べますが、広告には通信が必要で、利用できない場合があります。
リワード広告の視聴は任意です。広告サービスから必要な完了通知を受け取った場合に報酬または機能利用権を付与します。広告を取得できない場合や、完了前の中断・失敗では報酬を獲得できません。リワード広告を見なくても通常のゲームを続けられます。特定の広告の取得や内容を保証しません。
3. コインと恒久強化
ゲーム内で獲得したコインを、対象のアシスト機能や強化に使用できます。コイン・強化の現金購入、換金、売買、他人への譲渡はできません。強化のコイン価格や「購入」ボタンはゲーム内コインの消費を意味し、Google Playでの課金ではありません。
恒久強化は保存済みのゲームデータ内で維持される強化です。「恒久」は、データ削除、再インストール、すべての機種変更、サービス終了後にも維持されるという意味ではありません。利用可能な機能と価格はアプリ内で示します。
4. 保存とデータ消失
進捗・コイン・強化は端末に保存します。アカウントによるクラウドセーブ、端末間同期、購入復元は提供しません。OSのバックアップ・移行が利用できる場合もありますが、その成功や復旧を保証しません。アンインストール、ストレージの消去、端末の故障・変更などでデータが失われる場合があり、運営者が保有しない記録は復旧できません。
5. 利用条件と知的財産
個人のゲームプレイに本アプリを利用できます。違法な利用、アプリ・広告サービスの妨害、広告完了やコイン記録の不正操作、許可のない保護対象コンテンツの再配布を禁止します。ただし、法令により認められる行為を本規約で制限しません。
本アプリ独自のソフトウェア、画像、ブランドなどの権利は、運営者または各権利者に帰属します。本規約でその所有権を譲渡せず、ナンプレの一般的なルールに対する独占権を主張しません。
6. 変更・提供・責任
機能、報酬、コイン価格、本規約の更新や、本アプリの提供終了を行う場合があります。重要な変更は更新情報や本サイトなど適切な方法で案内します。法令上必要な追加通知・同意は別途対応します。
正常に遊べるゲームの提供に努めますが、無中断の提供、すべての端末との互換性、不具合がないことを保証しません。本規約は、法令上免除できない責任、免責が認められない故意・重過失による責任、消費者の強行法規上の権利を排除・制限しません。
7. プライバシー・準拠法・連絡先
情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに記載します。規約への同意は、法令上必要な広告や保護者の同意を代替しません。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、居住地の強行法規による保護や裁判を受ける権利を妨げません。英語・日本語を用意し、翻訳の相違で強行法規上の権利を制限しません。
