Privacy Policy
Kenjineer Games Studio ("we") develops Cruxevo: Sudoku ("the App"). This policy explains information handled by the App and by our support service.
1. Game data and accounts
The App stores game progress, entries and notes, statistics, settings, coins, and upgrades on your device. We do not operate an account system, a game-data server, or a cloud-save service. The game can be played offline; advertising needs an internet connection.
Your operating system may back up or transfer app data depending on the device and its settings. Such operating-system features are separate from a developer-operated cloud-save service. We cannot promise that data always remains on a single device.
2. Advertising and information sent to Google
The App uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google LLC, for rewarded and interstitial ads. The SDK can collect and share the following information from your device for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location.
- App and ad interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views.
- Diagnostic information about the app and SDK, such as launch time, hangs, and energy usage.
- Device identifiers, including the app set ID where used by the SDK.
The current Android manifest removes permissions for the Android advertising ID and Android advertising-services identifiers, attribution, and topics. This does not disable all SDK data transmission or all other identifiers. The App does not request precise device location.
Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Its retention and handling are governed by its policies; we do not promise a fixed retention period or automatic deletion within 90 days for data held by Google.
Read Google's Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads data disclosures, and Google's ad privacy controls. Device or provider controls may affect particular identifiers; they do not necessarily stop all advertising communication.
3. Children and age information
The App is intended for children and adults. Before entering the home screen, you read and agree to the terms and privacy policy and enter a neutral date of birth. The date itself is not saved, transmitted, backed up, or logged. Only the derived advertising protection category, the agreed document versions, agreement time, and language are stored locally. Under-18 and unknown-age users receive child-directed treatment and a maximum G ad-content rating; users aged 18 or older are eligible for standard advertising, with an app-request ceiling of MA. Applicable regional advertising consent is handled separately by Google UMP. Ad requests depend on the SDK’s canRequestAds decision; agreeing to these documents or entering an adult date does not itself permit personalized advertising. Settings provide offline copies of both documents, and advertising privacy choices when required by UMP. Children who need parental permission should read the documents with a parent or guardian; the app checkboxes do not obtain legally required parental consent. Child-directed treatment does not mean that no SDK data is transmitted.
On Android, after the startup interface is displayed, the App requests access to Play Age Signals once per process. If sharing is available, it receives age-related information from Google Play and immediately discards the result. Google Play may display its own sharing prompt depending on your settings. The App does not store the result in game data, settings, backups, logs, or analytics, send it to third parties, or use it for advertising, marketing, or profiling. It does not pass the result to AdMob or UMP or change advertising treatment based on it. Non-sharing, pending verification, missing information, and failures are not treated as confirmation that a user is an adult, and they do not block play.
4. Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate reported problems, and handle privacy inquiries. Do not send passwords, identity documents, birth dates, or unnecessary information about children. We may ask for limited additional information needed to understand a request.
Support correspondence is handled using our email provider and may be stored outside your country. We keep it only as needed to resolve and document the inquiry, handle related disputes, or meet legal obligations, then delete it when it is no longer needed. We do not use support messages for advertising.
5. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local game data remains until it is removed through Android's app-storage controls or the App is uninstalled. Backups or device-transfer copies may remain under your operating system's controls and may be restored. Uninstalling the App stops further App-initiated advertising requests from that installation; it does not delete information Google already holds.
We cannot recover game data that we do not hold, or directly delete Google's independently controlled records. For Google-held data, use Google's privacy controls and contact channels. The App has no in-app data-deletion request form. You can change advertising consent through privacy choices when UMP requires that entry.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, obtain a portable copy, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us about information we hold and questions about the App. We will assess requests under applicable law; we may need to verify that the information concerns you or a child you are authorized to represent.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when information handling changes and identify the revision date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, a policy update alone does not replace it.

プライバシーポリシー
Kenjineer Games Studio（以下「運営者」）が開発するCruxevo：ナンバープレイス（以下「本アプリ」）とサポート窓口で扱う情報について説明します。
1. ゲームデータとアカウント
進捗、入力数字・メモ、統計、設定、コイン、強化は端末に保存します。運営者はアカウント、ゲームデータ用の独自サーバー、クラウドセーブサービスを提供していません。ゲームはオフラインで遊べますが、広告には通信が必要です。
端末や設定によっては、OSがアプリデータをバックアップ・移行することがあります。これは運営者によるクラウドセーブとは別の機能です。データが常に1台の端末内だけに留まるとは保証しません。
2. 広告とGoogleへの外部送信
リワード広告とインタースティシャル広告に、Google LLCのGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を利用します。SDKは広告配信、分析、不正行為防止のために、端末から次の情報を収集・共有する場合があります。
- IPアドレス：おおよその現在地の推定に使われる場合があります。
- アプリや広告の操作情報：起動、タップ、動画視聴など。
- アプリ・SDKの診断情報：起動時間、動作停止、消費電力など。
- 端末識別子：SDKが利用する場合のアプリセットIDなど。
現行Android設定では、Android広告IDと広告サービスの識別子・アトリビューション・トピックに関する権限を削除しています。この措置でSDKのすべての通信や他の識別子が無効になるわけではありません。本アプリは端末の正確な位置情報を要求しません。
Googleの説明では、Mobile Ads SDKが収集する情報はTLSで暗号化して送信されます。米国を含む居住国外で処理される場合があります。Googleが保有する情報の保存期間や取り扱いは同社の方針に従い、運営者は一律の保存期間や90日以内の自動削除を約束しません。
Googleのプライバシーポリシー、広告SDKのデータ開示、Googleの広告プライバシー設定をご確認ください。端末や事業者の設定で一部の識別子を制御できる場合がありますが、広告通信すべてが止まるとは限りません。
3. 子どもと年齢情報
本アプリは子どもと大人を対象とします。ホームへ進む前に規約とポリシーを確認・同意し、中立的な生年月日入力を行います。生年月日自体は保存・送信・バックアップ・ログ出力しません。導出した広告保護区分、同意した文書の版、同意日時と言語のみ端末内に保存します。18歳未満・年齢未確定は子ども向け処理とG上限、18歳以上は通常広告の対象とし、アプリの広告要求上限はMAです。地域に応じた広告同意はGoogle UMPで別に扱います。広告要求はSDKのcanRequestAds判定で制御し、規約等への同意や成人の入力だけでパーソナライズ広告を許可しません。設定から両文書のオフライン全文閲覧、UMPが必要と判断した広告同意の変更ができます。保護者の許可が必要な子どもは保護者と文書を確認してください。アプリのチェックで法定の保護者同意を取得するものではありません。子ども向け処理はSDKの情報送信が一切ないことを意味しません。
Androidでは起動画面の表示後、1プロセスにつき1回だけPlay Age Signalsへのアクセスを要求します。共有可能な場合はGoogle Playから年齢関連情報を受信し、結果を直ちに破棄します。Playの設定により、Google Play独自の共有確認画面が表示される場合があります。結果はゲームデータ・設定・バックアップ・ログ・分析へ保存せず、第三者へ送信したり、広告・マーケティング・プロファイリングに利用したりしません。AdMob・UMPへ渡さず、結果により広告保護区分を変更しません。非共有・確認待ち・情報なし・失敗を成人確認済みとは扱わず、これらを理由にプレイを止めません。
4. お問い合わせ
メールでお問い合わせいただくと、メールアドレス、本文、任意に送った添付ファイルを受け取ります。回答、不具合調査、プライバシーに関する相談対応に使用します。パスワード、本人確認書類、生年月日、不要な子どもの情報は送らないでください。必要な場合は、依頼の内容を理解するための限定的な追加情報をお願いすることがあります。
メールサービスを利用して対応し、居住国外に保存される場合があります。問い合わせの解決・記録、関連する紛争対応、法令上の義務に必要な期間だけ保存し、不要になった情報を削除します。問い合わせの内容を広告に使いません。
5. 保存期間・削除・選択肢
端末内のゲームデータは、Androidのアプリのストレージ設定で削除するか、アンインストールするまで保持されます。OSのバックアップや移行先のコピーは別途残り、復元される場合があります。アンインストールすると、そのインストールからの広告要求は止まりますが、Googleがすでに保有する情報は削除されません。
運営者が保有しないゲームデータの復旧や、Googleが独立して管理する記録の直接削除はできません。Googleが保有する情報は同社のプライバシー設定・窓口をご利用ください。アプリ内にデータ削除依頼フォームはありません。UMPが変更入口を必要とする場合は広告同意を変更できます。
適用法令に応じ、個人情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限・異議、同意に基づく処理の同意撤回、データの受領・移転、地域の監督機関への申立てなどの権利が認められる場合があります。運営者が保有する情報や本アプリについては下記へご連絡ください。法令に沿って内容を確認し、本人または子どもの代理権限の確認をお願いする場合があります。
6. 改定と連絡先
情報の取り扱いが変わる場合は本ポリシーを更新し、改定日を示します。法令上必要な追加の通知・同意を、文書の更新だけで代替しません。
