本アプリでは、広告配信およびアプリ内決済を安全に行うため、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、お客様の端末から各事業者へ情報が送信されます。各事業者は自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。
広告識別子は広告配信のために利用され、開発者が個人を特定する目的では使用しません。これらの送信には、お客様の国・地域から米国等の第三者事業者の所在国への個人情報の移転が含まれる場合があります。
iOSでは、初回起動時にApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）フレームワークに基づくトラッキング許可ダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合でも本アプリの全機能をご利用いただけます。
「広告削除」を購入済みの場合、広告配信SDKを無効化するため、広告識別子の送信は発生しません。
本アプリのセーブデータの大半はお客様の端末ローカルに保存されており、アプリのアンインストールによって削除されます。クラウドセーブ（Android）を含む全データは、アプリ内の設定画面の「全データを削除」から削除できます。また、本アプリをアンインストールすると、本アプリによる情報の取得および外部への送信は停止します。
開発者はお客様の個人情報を保持する独自サーバーを運用していません。クラウドセーブデータはお客様のGoogleアカウントに紐づいて保存され、削除されるまで保持されます。広告・決済に関する情報の保存期間は、各事業者（Google・Apple）のポリシーに従います。保存期間が経過した個人情報は、復元できない方法で削除または匿名化されます。
お住まいの国・地域の法令により、本アプリの個人データの取り扱いについて追加の権利や開示事項が適用される場合があります。該当する項目をご確認ください。
本アプリの広告（AdMob）等に伴う個人データの処理について、開発者は「データ管理者」の立場となります。処理の法的根拠は、サービスの提供（契約の履行）および、パーソナライズ広告についてはお客様の同意です。EEA・英国のお客様には、初回起動時に同意管理（UMP）画面を表示し、同意・不同意を選択いただけます。同意はアプリの設定画面「プライバシー設定」からいつでも再設定（撤回）できます。お客様は、ご自身の個人データへのアクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・処理への異議・データポータビリティを求める権利を有します。権利の行使をご希望の場合は、下記連絡先までご請求ください。

本アプリは13歳未満（欧州等一部地域では16歳未満、韓国では14歳未満など、居住地域の法令が定める同意年齢未満）の方を対象としていません。開発者は、これらの年齢に満たない子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲においてのみ責任を負い、これを超える責任は負いません。

This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled in this application ("the App").
Save data in the App (progress, purchase flags, etc.) is stored locally on your device. On Android, cloud save is supported via Google Play Games, and synced data is stored on Google's servers. The developer does not operate any own server or database that retains your personal information or play data.
To deliver advertisements and process in-app purchases securely, the App uses the following third-party services. Information is transmitted from your device to these providers, who handle it under their own privacy policies.
Advertising identifiers are used for ad delivery and are not used by the developer to personally identify you. This transmission may include the transfer of personal information from your country or region to the country where the third-party provider is located (e.g., the United States).
On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission dialog is displayed on first launch. All features of the App remain available regardless of whether you grant permission.
If you have purchased "Ad Removal," the advertising SDK is disabled, and no advertising identifiers are transmitted.
Most of the App's save data is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. All data, including Android cloud save, can be deleted from "Delete All Data" in the App's settings screen. In addition, uninstalling the App stops all collection and external transmission of information by the App.
The developer does not operate any own server that retains your personal information. Cloud save data is stored in association with your Google account and is retained until deleted. Retention of advertising and payment-related information follows the policies of the respective providers (Google and Apple). Personal information for which the retention period has elapsed is deleted or anonymized in a manner that cannot be restored.

With respect to the processing of personal data in connection with advertising (AdMob) and similar features, the developer acts as a "data controller." The legal bases for processing are the provision of the service (performance of a contract) and, for personalized advertising, your consent. Users in the EEA and UK are shown a consent management (UMP) screen on first launch to accept or decline, and may re-configure (withdraw) consent at any time from "Privacy options" in the App's settings. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. Transmitting advertising identifiers to advertising providers for personalized advertising may constitute a "Sale" or "Share" of personal information under the CCPA. California residents have the right to request disclosure and deletion of collected personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"). You can exercise these rights via the in-app consent management ("Privacy options" in settings). Purchasing "Ad Removal" additionally stops transmission from the advertising SDK entirely. Under South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and request suspension of processing of your personal information. To deliver advertisements and process in-app purchases securely, the App transmits advertising identifiers, IP address, device OS information, in-app purchase receipt validation data, and cloud save data (Android only) to Google LLC (Google AdMob / Google Play Billing / Google Play Games) and Apple Inc. (App Store), for the purposes of delivering personalized advertisements, fulfilling in-app purchases, preventing fraudulent transactions, and syncing save data to the cloud — which involves the transfer of personal information outside of South Korea (e.g., to the United States).
